While Nectacare provides services for a fee, the cost to each client depends on the type of service the patient needs and is accessing plus the requisite diagnostic tests that one undergoes. Medicines and procedures are charged separately and specifically for each patient. Nectacare charges are generally acceptable as stipulated by the AHFoZ. Nectacare also participates in MOH&CW run programmes such as child vaccination and Tuberculosis for free. Other Ministry run initiatives attract dispensing fees only.

Nectacare wishes to provide one-stop-shop for all its clients, with primary healthcare services combined with Maternity and childcare, theatre, occupational & wellness health, diagnostic laboratory, and radiologic services such as x-ray, and ultrasonography. Telemedicine and Drug delivery have been activated during the Covid-19 pandemic, with emergency care and home support initiated. Ambulance and emergency evacuation services are offered from facilities with admission capacity.

Yes, Nectacare accepts direct out of pocket funding by clients. Special contracts can be drawn for corporates and services accessed accordingly.

Identification documents, medical aid card where applicable, medical records or reports from previous assessments and treatment. Vaccination card for children or expecting mothers. Dog vaccination records in cases of dog bites. Any forms which you need completed as part of your assessments and reporting.

While Nectacare strives to provide most medicines through its registered Pharmacies , the best way to get your medicines availed is work with our dedicated Pharmacists and register all your regular medications for planning and supply.

Yes, some Medical Specialties can be received at Nectacare facilities as Nectacare has started working in collaboration with Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Surgeons and Physicians.

Nectacare does have laboratories at Shabani Mine Hospital which does almost all tests including – COVID-19 PCR. In Shurugwi, there is another functional Laboratory.
